Dirt and soil can be taken to any Waste and Recycling Centre for disposal (loads under 3m3) as general waste (fees apply). Loads over 3m3 are considered commercial - commercial customers can take loads over 3m3 to the Central Waste Facility for disposal (fees apply).
VENM (virgin excavated natural material) may be accepted at the Central Waste Facility only, for free disposal (commercial customers only). Conditions apply, you must submit waste classification report prior to arrival. Call Council for more information on 02 6499 2222.
Clean fill taken to Waste and Recycling Centres will be considered general waste and disposal will incur a fee.
