The Mobile Community Recycling Centre is at the WALLAGOOT Waste and Recycling Centre this August!
Got problem waste at home? Residents can drop off household quantities (up to 20L or 20kg) of the following items FREE of charge at the Mobile CRC:
- Small batteries
- Water and oil-based paint
- Gas bottles
- Fire extinguishers
- Smoke detectors
- Cooking oils
- Fluorescent globes and tubes
Important: These items can only be accepted at the Wallagoot Waste and Recycling Centre while the Mobile CRC is on-site and during the facility's normal opening hours.
If you need to dispose of problem waste outside these times, please store it safely and bring it back when the Mobile CRC returns, or visit the Merimbula Waste and Recycling Centre CRC during its regular operating hours.
The CRC and Mobile CRC are available for residential use only. Businesses are not eligible to use these services, and commercial quantities of waste cannot be accepted.
